​The Purple Cohort of ECHO Autism Washington focuses on complex autism spectrum disorder (ASD) cases, particularly those involving co-occurring conditions. It emphasizes decision-making related to treatments and resources, including medication management. The program is designed for medical and psychiatric providers with a Center of Excellence (COE) designation who serve children with Medicaid/Apple Health Insurance. ​
