The ECHO IDD Psychiatric Care program is a free, monthly telehealth initiative designed to support Washington State providers managing the psychiatric care of youth and young adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.
It offers advanced training in diagnostic assessment and psychopharmacology, emphasizing evidence-based treatments for common co-occurring behavioral health conditions. Participants are expected to attend at least 70% of sessions, engage actively in discussions, and present relevant client cases.
Sessions are designed to be collaborative and practical, allowing participants to apply what they learn to real-world cases while receiving guidance from specialists.
