It emphasizes decision-making related to treatments and resources, including medication management. The program is designed for medical and psychiatric providers with a Center of Excellence (COE) designation who serve children with Medicaid/Apple Health Insurance.

ECHO IDD Wraparound is a recurring telehealth program designed to provide training and support to Washington State’s community behavioral health practitioners who work with children and young adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.
The ECHO IDD Psychiatric Care program is a free, monthly telehealth initiative designed to support Washington State providers managing the psychiatric care of youth and young adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.
Our ECHO IDD Resources program is a monthly telehealth initiative that provides evidence-based resources and information to professionals who support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
This program is a partnership between Washington State’s Health Care Authority and the UW LEND Program. The program’s interdisciplinary resource team includes experts from the University of Washington (UW) and other organizations across Washington state.
